Application:

1) Accitard RE is a novel scorch inhibitor for rubber stocks containing reinforcing furnace blacks.

2) Helps in extrusion and calendering operations at higher processing temperatures.

3) It is effective with both thiazole and sulphenamide accelerators.

4) Dosage would vary from 0.1 to 0.3 phr depending on the degree of scorch safety required.
