Accicure ZDMC

Application:

1) It is an ultra fast primary and secondary accelerator for Natural & Synthetic rubber based compounds.

2) It also finds application as fast primary and secondary accelerator in most latex based sulphur cured
compounds.

3) Very active at temperature above 100°C.

As a primary accelerator Accicure ZDMC gives faster cure rate, higher modulus but shorter scorch times and
hence finds application in “continious cure” based products such as cables, profiles, tubing etc.

5) As a primary accelerator Accicure ZDMC gives faster cure rate, higher modulus but shorter scorch times and
hence finds application in “continious cure” based products such as cables, profiles, tubing etc.

6) Accicure ZDMC is also used as secondary accelerator at 0.1- 0.3 phr along with 1.0 phr of thiozole or
sulphenamide accelerators to increase the rate and state of cure of NR and SBR based compounds.

7) Typical dosage varies from 0.5 – 1.5 phr.

8) Accicure ZDMC does not cause any pre vulcanisation of NR latex at room temperature but offers a rapid cure rate
above 100°C.

9) NR latex compounds with Accicure ZDMC offer good storage stability at room temperature.
