Application:

1) Used as a fast curing primary and secondary accelerator and a sulfur donor in NR, SBR, and NBR applications.

2) It is non-staining and non-discoloring.

3) It is safe to process than TMT and thus does not provide the curing activity (i.e. state-of-cure is lower and rate-of-
cure is slower) of TMT.

4) It plays a good booster role in EPDM rubber when combining with other accelerators.

5) It may also be used as a retarder in the vulcanization of PVC rubber.

6) For compound containing a high level of silica, it increases filler rubber bound.

6) Recommended usage for Accicure TBzTD is 1.5 to 2.5 phr.
