Composition: A condensation product of Acetone and Diphenylamine

Appearance: Dark brown rods / powder forms

Application:

1) Excellent general purpose antioxidant.

2) Offers excellent antioxidant property towards heat & flex resistance

3) Disperses readily in rubber and does not bloom.

4) Used in automotive tubes, curing bags and in mechanical rubber goods.

5) Suitable for use in latex compounds, cable insulations, rubber to brass bonding, hoses, latex foam, gloves and coir mattress compounds.

6) Typical dosage varies from 1.0 – 2.0 phr although in exceptional circumstances up to 3.0 phr may be used to confer high heat resistance without bloom.

7) Possesses metal inhibition properties to some extent.
