Application:

1) MBI is entirely non-staining and non-discoloring antioxidant.

2) Used primarily as synergistic additive for other antioxidants of both amine and phenolic types

3) Improving heat ageing resistance and countering metallic contaminations.

4) Does little help in improving flex – crack resistance properties

5) Accinox MBI as such is seldom used in the rubber industry as it inhibits little ageing properties in
rubber compounds.

6) Typical dosage varies from 0.5 – 1.0 phr depending upon the improvements required.
