Accicure ZMBT

Composition: Zinc salt of Mercaptobenzthia zole

Application:

1) Accelerator properties intermediate between those of Accicure MBT and Accicure MBTS, being less scorchy
than Accicure MBTS and also intermediate in state of cure.

2) The vulcanisate properties are closely similar to those of Accicure MBT.

3) It is specially recommended for latex compounds with Accicure ZDC to give high modulus rubbers.

4) A similar combination produces latex foams with a high compression modulus. Typical dosage varies from 0.5 –
1.5 phr.
