Accicure MBTS

Appearance: Cream white powder / pellets.

Application:

1) Fast curing accelerator giving vulcanisates with ultimate properties closely similar to those of  Accicure MBT.

2) The most noticeable difference is the much greater scorch resistance of Accicure MBTS.

3) Gives extremely good ageing properties.

4) It is practically non-staining

5) In combination with guanidines, thiurams and dithiocarbamates, it gives rapid curing but safe mixtures.

6) In Neoprene, it serves as an antiscorch agent.

7) Typical usage in rubber varies from 1.0 – 1.5 phr.
