Acciaid Ins- Sulf(80:20)

Composition: Highly dispersibility insoluble sulfur with 20% oil

Application:

1) It is a polymeric sulfur and is insoluble in elastomers.

2) As a result its retard bin scorch and prevents surface track.

3) It is de-polymerize to soluble sulfur and will behave similar to ‘Rubber Make’ Sulfur.

4) Improves flow ability and dispersinbility.

5) 1-6 Phr is the recommended dosage for insoluble sulfur during mixing.

6) Acciaid Ins-Sulf (80:20) should only be mixed towards the end of mixing process.
