Composition: 4, 4’ Dithio Dimorpholine (Dimorpholine Disulphide)

Application:

1) Disperses easily in rubber

2) Exhibits good scorch safety during calendaring and extrusion in Natural and Synthetic Rubbers.

3) Its use encompasses special applications such as OTR tyres, Beltings, Butyl Tubes and in areas where
reversion resistant yet non-blooming characteristics are prime considerations.

4) One to two phr normally used for development of reversion resistant yet non-blooming rubber compounds
based on Natural and Synthetic rubbers.

6) Primarily used in conjunction with Sulphenamide Accelerator and low Sulphur Dosages.

7) It is approved by FDA for use in rubber articles intended for repeated use in contact with food (177.2600). Total
Accelerator not to exceed 1.5% by weight of rubber product.
