ETP Water Recover System adopted and reuse to the plant to minimize usage of ground water.
ETP WATER RECOVARY AND REUSE TO THE PLANT
- Treated ETP water recovers along with RO Process and stored to reuse in the plant.
- Monthly 60KL ETP water reuse in the plant to minimize usage of ground water.
New cooling tower installed instead of old low efficiency cooling tower to minimize energy consumption.
NEW COOLING TOWER INSTALLED TO INCREASE ENERGY EFFICIENCY
- Old Cooling tower power Consumption 48 KWH and New Cooling power consumption 34 KWH
- 14 KWH less power consumption in new cooling tower.
- Optimization in Pipe distribution length to increase efficiency.
- Water receiver size 50% then old cooling tower to increase efficiency and reduced water evaporation.
Steam Trap replaced and newly installed to minimize fuel

- LP Steam tracing line thermodynamic steam trap replaced with Inverted Bucket Steam trap to reduce live steam emission.
- Rest all LP steam tracing lineInverted Bucket Steam trap newly installed to minimize live steam emission.
Close loop direct contact vacuum tray drier adopted instead of open loop tray drier.
CLOSED LOOP DIRECT CONTACT VACCUM DRIER INSTALLED INSTEAD OF OPEN LOOP TRAY DRIER.
- 1.5 MT less steam consumption in closed loop vacuum tray drier.
- 2.1 KWH less power consumption through the whole drying process.

- ETP 2 KL/Day water converted to process water to minimize ground water consumption.
- Approx. 5 KL/Day water evaporation reduced by installed new cooling tower.
- 3 KL water consumption reduced in boiler by reducing live steam emission.
✓ Efficient use of Energy :
- Total Power consumption reduced 386.4 KWH per day.
- Energy consumption reduced approx. 13, 60,000 to 15, 00,000 Kcal per day.
